Peter Jest Close-up Magic Fee Guide.
Peter is based in North Hertfordshire.
For PRIVATE individuals booking DIRECT,the following
fee guide is applicable.LOCAL is defined as within 30 minutes drive of Stevenage,Hertfordshire.
For a small LOCAL social event such as a housewarming
party,anniversary,21st/40th birthday celebration etc.with up to 50 guests
and a 2 hour approx. performing time,the fee is £125.
For a medium sized LOCAL event such as a rotary/sports
club/masonic charity/fund raising social/dinner,etc.with up to 100 guests and a 2 to 3 hour performing
time,the fee is £175.
For entertaining during the photo/drinks reception period at a LOCAL wedding,(usually
a 2 hour performing time),the fee is £175.If required to work during the wedding
breakfast period as well,the fee,covering a 3 hour performing time, is £250.
For larger private/company functions such as christenings,corporate
fun days,dinner/dances etc.local and beyond,requiring a 3 hour performing time,or longer, the fee is
between £250 to £500.
If requested. Peter will make a colourful balloon bouquet for your event
at no extra charge.See photo above.
He is also willing to bring his mains and wirefree P.A.System to smaller
events, for your use during speeches/raffles etc. at no extra charge.See photo above.
Peter's patter and jokes are an important part of his magic act so he cannot always
be as effective if asked to work while a band or disco are playing,so please choose his performance
times carefully.If you do require Peter to entertain while music is played then he will usually stick to balloon
twisting (he makes cool balloon hats) and performing some silent visual effects.Visit

Travel costs,if significant,may also have to be added to the above fees,for events outside Peter's immediate area.
Should you require more than one walk-around magician
for events of 150 or more guests,Peter Jest Close-up Magic can supply additional experienced professional
magic entertainers,saving you time and trouble.
Bookings from entertainment agencies also
welcome,fee requirement usually £200 to £500 clear.
Please note,although Peter Jest is not
a 'childrens birthday party'magician,he does have some magic effects suitable for children who may be at an adult event,plus
they love the balloon models he makes.Entertainment for children is done on a walk-about basis only,he can not
offer a specific 'kids magic show' nor can he entertain children as a separate group.
